This website is separate from the MostGrade plugin. It stores the account, early-access, beta research and order details you provide to operate the product and support testing. No footage is uploaded by these forms.

Early access stores your first name, email, consent version/date, signup source and supplied campaign tags. Optional profiling adds your camera, editing software, grading experience and interests. Duplicate signup does not replace an existing subscriber’s details or undo an opt-out. Addresses are not automatically verified and no launch emails are sent automatically.

The free guide form stores your name, email, request date, campaign tags, privacy notice version and PDF response history for up to 13 months. These request records are separate from the mailing list. Only checking the optional Early Access box requests marketing updates; existing opt-outs remain in place. Emails are not verified by downloading. A required, HttpOnly download cookie lasts 30 minutes. Expired access tokens and old request records are deleted by daily maintenance. The PDF is delivered here in your browser, not automatically emailed.

Analytics is optional and separate from email and affiliate consent. If you allow it, a first-party HttpOnly cookie identifies a browser for up to 30 days. We record page activity, campaign tags, conversion events and performance measurements. We store referrer origins, not arbitrary referrer query strings. No ad-network pixel, fingerprint or raw analytics IP address is stored. Raw activity is retained for up to 13 months; expired browser tokens are removed by maintenance. This is partial measurement of consenting browsers, not a count of every person.

Server-side signup and purchase records are retained for launch operations even without optional browser tracking. Payment data is handled by Stripe when checkout is enabled. We retain order identifiers, amounts, status and license records; card details do not pass through these forms. Affiliates see aggregate performance, not customer emails. Financial retention and the seller’s final contact details must be finalized before paid launch.

Unsubscribe from early-access updates

Contact Nihad through your existing support channel for account/profile deletion. Opt-out records are kept to avoid accidental re-subscription.
